 Dr. Dubey is the founder and leader of the team since 1997. He brings over 25 years of expertise in assisted reproduction to the IVF team. Dr. Dubey is a Professor and Assocaite division director of Reproductive Endocrinology and IVF center at the George Washington University, Washington, DC , since 1997. Prior to this position he served as Associate Professor, Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Tufts University School of Medicine and Director of Reproductive Endocrine and ART Laboratories for the New England Medical Center Hospitals in the Boston area.
Dr. Dubey received his Doctorate degree in Reproductive Physiology from the University of Bombay, India in 1978 and completed post-graduate work at the AIIMS, New Delhi, University of Cambridge, England and the University of Pittsburgh. His research interests include early embryo implantation, male infertility and evidence based IVF research.
Dr. Dubey enjoys an international reputation of excellence in the field of IVF and is a prominent and respected leader in his field. Dr. Anil Dubey has established several IVF laboratories in the USA and India which are doing very well. He serves as consultant to various IVF laboratories in USA and India. Dr. Dubey is a member of several professional societies and is on the editorial advisory board of American Society of Reproductive Medicine (ASRM). He also serves as an IVF lab inspector for CAP-ASRM and consultant at the national level for the Society of Assisted Reproductive Technology.

Mr. Peak brings over 15 years experience in the reproductive field. Having started as a researcher prior to joining Dr. Dubey in 1995, he has co-authored numerous papers and posters focused on reproductive issues. Mr. Peak is certified as a Technical Supervisor in the areas of embryology and andrology. He has supervised the development of several IVF Programs both nationally and internationally. Proficient in all aspects of the embryology and andrology laboratories from quality assurance programs to technical procedures. Mr. Peak received his BS degree from the University of Massachusetts.
